Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Lens on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit the App.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
• Use the App to violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
